I decided to blog now because I need to train my brain to work late (Cecehh.). My sleeping hours have gone crazy, now topping to about 12 hours a day (9pm-9am). Over sleeping is definitely lethal, seeing to the fact that for medical students, studying daily (not sleeping) is business as usual. I constantly tell my mind that I need to sleep early to wake up early, and ended up swiss-rolling under that warm duvet, only to find myself falling asleep 2 hours later with YouTube playing on my iPad. Sheeeshh excuses, shame on you.
I'm currently on my 3-week Medicine rotation, and it's really strange how little there is going on in the team. See, we only have clinics on Tuesday and Wednesday, nothing else. Which means it was like a complimentary 3-week holiday for us. Yayy? Nahh not something to celebrate when you have major exams coming up soon.
You know that feeling when you have so many things to do in so little time, and then you suddenly have so much time in your hands that you don't really know what to do. Free time is bad..
I tried drinking coffee at night, coz it gives you that mindset that you're gonna stay up late. But then you stayed up late from facebooking or movies or God-knows-what this cruel world has to offer.
Goodnight. Ika needs a mind reset.
