At every hi and hello
At every silly jokes
That makes your day glows
I watched you
As you walked and ran
Moving on so fast
That left me to wonder how
Leaving me to linger on the past
I watched you
As you grow and mature
With confidence so pure
That left me in awe
I guess it's time
For the watching to stop
