One paradigm in our culture.

Meletakkan Islam pada naqibah dan usrah, when Islam is actually more than that.

“Hati dan jiwa akan mati andai tidak disuap dengan santapan rohani.”

Then, if all of us are too dependent on weekly usrah held by the college, when on other days we do not care to even feed our souls, being a part-time muslim, is it fair to look at the beauty of our religion based on those who talk about religion.The problem is we have grown accustomed to being spoon-fed, so now it’s time to seek truth on our own, without relying on others.

I know that when you hold the position, you also carry the responsibility to ensure that our friends are fully updated when it comes to Islam.

And perhaps, the title ‘naqibah’ should be eliminated so that people stop blaming them for not portraying the ideal muslimah identity.

And perhaps, the title ‘naqibah’ might cause some of them to feel ‘ujub’, or a class above the others when it comes to religion, so it’s not fair for those who are not ‘bestowed’ with the title ‘naqibah’.

Ketahuilah, yang baik pada seorang da’ie itu datang dari Allah, yang buruk itu datang dari kelemahan diri da’ie itu sendiri.

So, yang baik kita jadikan teladan, yang buruk kita buat iktibar.

Just so you know, Allah does not need us to ensure the glory of Islam, as everything is within His power, if He wills it, so be it. It is we that are in need of Him and Islam.

O men! you are they who stand in need of Allah, and Allah is He Who is the Self-sufficient, the Praised One.
