100th post.

plus minus, this should be precisely the 100th post.
wow, she has a blog for quite a while already eh?

with age comes wisdom
and I do hope it will come, sooner or later it doesn't matter.

the finals are 42 days from this very moment.
which means the IB days are almost over.
we survived almost 2 years, alive!

and perhaps gaining something valuable from this two years.

(this is not a goodbye post, as I'm sure I'll be writing like this on the final day in college.)

so how do we think of IB after experiencing two years of it?

"IB isn't so bad once you get used to it. I no longer suffer from insanity... I enjoy every minute of it!"

"IB is like vegetables. You don't like it but it's good for you in the long run."

"You guys are data bulimics. You just swallow it and then spew it out for the test. It's disgusting."

"I want to commit suicide, but I'm too busy doing the IB."

"Seven, 7, VII used to be such a simple number, and now, the very idea sends chills down spines."

Some quotes I found on The Nerd Archive.
Although they happened to be true to some, but I believe IB is not that bad after all.

"IB, I'm Better."

p/s: Second-years, good luck for the finals! May Allah gives us strength to fuel up for our final lap. =)

Apa yang penting.

kerjasama!

(14March09-16March09)

super freezing cold weather
extra muddy and slippery trail
multiple scratches and bruises
painful fall-s
torn pants
white-turn-black sport shoes
smelly stinky clothes
muscles hurting like crazy

so fellow M07F-ians, what make our trip this time an unforgettable wonderful experience?
answer: all the above.

Although it seems like we tortured ourselves by joining this expedition, I believe that all of us agree that this would be one of the best-est thing we have ever done in college. And perhaps in our life. What's gonna work, teamwork! Goooo wonderpets!

Gunung Irau is a breathtaking creation of God. The rain
y and freezing climate in Cameron Highlands had never stopped us from enjoying the beauty of the untouched nature, except for the fact that it's reaalllly muddy. All the greenery, the moss, the trees, simply beautiful. Now the royal highness shall let the pictures do the rest of the talking~

the great team of 12 wonderpets.

Huge thanks to Khidir's family.
And to my fellow classmates, we rock!

p/s: Now it's time for IB!

Mistakes.

"It's okay to make mistakes.
Mistakes are our teachers - they help us to learn."
John Bradshaw

We did mistakes all the time.

We were told to buy a friend a Sweetie from the Koop, but ended up buying Gardenia instead.

We printed out the 1st draft, when the teacher wanted our 2nd draft.

We filled in the CAS forms wrongly, then we have to correct it all over again.

We volunteered for a program, but ended up forgetting it.

We told our friends we'll meet them today, but we forgot to tell one friend and he/she's the only one left out.

We promised our teachers we'll do our portfolios perfectly, but carelessness prevented us from doing so.

We planned to wish a friend's birthday, but ended up not doing so due to our workload and forgetfulness.

We did mistakes every single day.

"Assert your right to make a few mistakes. If people can't accept your imperfections, that's their fault."
Dr. David M. Burns

We apologized for our mistakes, and sometimes we don't.
Sometimes our friends forgive us, sometimes they don't.
Sometimes they forgive us, but it's hard for them to forget our mistakes.

Whatever it is,
rendahnya hati orang yang memohon maaf,
besarnya hati yang memaafkan temannya.
